As a travel agent I don't just book your trip and forget about you...

My job is not done until you return home.  What can I assist you with?

  • You arrive at your hotel and you are not happy with your room?  Ask for a change if the answer is no call or email me I will go to bat for you
  • You lost your travel documents and don't know what to do.  Call or email me I can fax your documents to the hotel or ship
  • The airline lost your luggage(shocking I know, it never happens).  Well if you listened to me in the first place you commingled your luggage with your traveling companion and packed a couple of outfits in your carry on.  Go to the lost baggage at the airport and then email or call me with your claim number and I will keep an eye on it while you continue to enjoy your vacation.
  • Your flights are delayed and you night miss your transfer.  Call or email me immediately and I will let you know what to do.  Hopefully you listened to me and purchased insurance :-)
