Coronavirus Travel tips

Coronavirus will be with us for a little while longer it seems.  As we write this in late August 2020, the only thing we really know for sure is that things like travel restrictions will change over time.

masks

I came across a couple of  nice resources from Travel and Leisure magazine that I want to share.

Where can I travel to in the US?

Here's a handy guide to travel restrictions in all 50 States.  Americans may be banned from Europe right now but  hey, how about a trip to Hawaii?  Not so fast.  According to the current restrictions, you'll need to quarantine for 14 days upon arrival - or prove you have a negative COVID test.    Also included here are guidance on mask wearing, which beaches are open.

Where can I travel in the world?

Now, how about the rest of the world?  Here's a Country by Country list of where Americans can travel.  This is not quite as complete a list  as on the CDC site but it does provide lots of useful insights.  The CDC is a great resource with lots of other great travel related information.

But I have specific questions......

It seems everyone has specific questions about travel these days - should I go?  What happens if I go? What kinds of insurance do I need?  etc.  For these questions, the resource is easy...it's me.  Shoot me an email or call me direct and I'll  be happy to answer your questions.
